The Shell making process plays the most important role in regard to the successful casting of the product in regard to surface finish, less scrap generation, etc. A good quality shell produce increases the value of casting to the ultimate satisfaction of the valued customers. When the liquid metal pours into the shell and there is no leakage or shell bulging, the production capacity of the plant automatically increases.
